The cheapest opportunity may be the one you already paid to create.
An unsold replacement estimate is not automatically a lost customer. Timing, financing, weather, competing bids and indecision can all delay the decision. A reactivation system gives those opportunities another structured chance to move.
Segment before you send
Separate recent replacement estimates, older leads, maintenance customers and missed calls. Each group has a different context and should not receive the same message.
Use the original reason for interest
Reactivation works better when the outreach reflects what the homeowner previously needed rather than pretending the relationship never existed.
Give the homeowner a low friction next step
Reply, request a call, revisit financing or schedule another conversation. The goal is to reopen the opportunity, not force an immediate purchase through aggressive messaging.
Track recovered pipeline separately
Measure how many dormant opportunities respond, rebook, request updated estimates and ultimately sell when attribution allows. That gives the database a measurable business value.
